"I called several times and kept getting..."
I called several times and kept getting transferred from one person to another. No one really seemed to know what was going on, and when they said they’d call me back, they didn’t. it felt like once they had my information, they stopped caring. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected...

"They Basically Threw My Whole Day Into Chaos"
I had an appointment set up with Window World, and they just did not show up on time. No real heads up, no quick update, nothing. I had rearranged my entire day around this, so I’m sitting there waiting like they might pull into the driveway any second, basically trapped in my own house for what felt like an eternity.
When I finally called, it seemed like nobody had a clue what was happening, which made it even more annoying. I get that delays happen, but just tell people. A simple call or text would’ve saved me from spiraling over whether I had missed them or if the appointment had fallen into a black hole. The lack of punctuality was really frustrating.

"Not the energy savings they promised"
I was told these new windows would make a big difference with drafts and help lower my energy bills, but that hasn’t really happened. The rooms still feel drafty, and my bills look about the same as before. It’s frustrating because they made it sound like I’d notice the savings quickly. I expected a lot better and feel let down

"I’ve had these windows for about 2 years..."
I’ve had these windows for about 2 years now, they’re just okay. They still look decent, so it’s not like they’re falling apart or anything, but one of the locks already feels kind of loose, which is annoying. The frame also scratches way easier than I expected. I’m not saying they’re terrible, but for something that’s supposed to last, I really thought they’d feel a bit tougher

The windows do look good and, to be fair, they’ve helped with the drafts. But I can’t say I’m totally impressed. A couple of the locks are annoyingly stiff, and one of the screens didn’t fit right from the beginning, which is not exactly what I expected after paying this much. They’re not awful or anything, but they don’t feel as sturdy as I hoped. For now they’re fine, I guess — I’ll just have to see how they hold up.

"They fixed the damage eventually, just took a while"
The install itself was fine, but they ended up scratching part of my siding which was frustrating. I had to call a few times before anyone actually came out to deal with it.. they did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process felt a lot more stressful than it needed to be

"Felt Like a Pushy Sales Pitch With No Straight Price"
I had a salesperson come out, the whole visit just felt kind of pushy. It was one of those situations where every time I asked about the price, it seemed to change. First it was one number, then there was a discount, then a “today only” deal, then another offer if I signed right away, then some extra thing that apparently wouldn’t be available later. It reminded me of buying a car, or dealing with a cable company, or those mall kiosk people who won’t let you walk away. I asked basic questions too, like what was included, what the final cost would be, if there were any fees, how long the price was good for, and what made one option different from another. The answers were mostly vague or kind of danced around the point. I wasn’t asking anything complicated, just normal stuff you’d want to know before spending money. In the end, I didn’t buy anything. I just didn’t feel comfortable with the pressure or the way the pricing kept shifting. Maybe the product is fine, but the sales experience left a bad taste in my mouth

"Warranty support actually came through"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, and I kind of wondered if I was making a bigger deal out of it than I needed to, but they ended up fixing it under warranty. Straightforward overall, so I’d say it was a decent experience.

"Really depends on who you get locally"
I’m still kind of confused?? Every time I called, I got a different answer, and my local office seemed really disorganized. It feels like your experience depends way too much on which franchise you’re dealing with...

"Just a really frustrating experience"
They rescheduled on me twice, and then when the time finally came, nobody showed up at all. I don’t know, the whole thing just felt really off and frustrating. I ended up wasting my entire morning waiting around, and I was annoyed by the end of it.

"I was really hoping this would cut down..."
I was really hoping this would cut down the street noise more than it did, but I can still hear cars and people clearly. Maybe I expected too much, but it kind of feels like they make it sound more noise-blocking than it actually is just to get people to buy it.

"Financing didn’t meet my standards"
The financing process was more stressful than it should’ve been. I try to be patient, but I do expect things to be clear and handled properly, and this just felt messy from start to finish. I wouldn’t want to go through it again.

"Pretty solid communication"
Overall, I felt like Window World did a good job keeping me in the loop. They called back when they said they would and gave me updates on the timing, which I appreciated because I don’t like having to chase people down. There was one message that seemed to get missed, so I did have to follow up once, but it wasn’t a huge deal. For the most part, the communication was easy and straightforward.

"Support disappeared after the install"
The windows seemed fine at first, but once the installers were gone, it felt like nobody wanted to help anymore. I called about a draft and one window that wouldn’t lock properly, and I just kept getting passed around or told to leave messages. Still haven’t gotten a real appointment set up. They were super quick when it came to making the sale, but the follow-up service has been awful. Has anyone else had this same issue with them?

"Measurements were mostly okay"
The measurements weren’t perfectly exact, but to be fair, they were close enough for what I needed. I wouldn’t call it a major issue, just something to keep in mind if you need super precise results...

"They made my house look worse"
I thought new windows would make my house look better, but these ended up looking cheap from the street. The trim lines don’t match up, and the whole front of the house just looks off now. When I brought it up, it felt like they were trying to make it my problem instead of actually helping fix it. Really disappointing.

We had the windows installed recently, and overall they look good now that everything’s in place. The install itself was okay, but it wasn’t totally smooth. The trim work ended up looking a little messy in a few spots, and they had to spend extra time getting it sorted out. Not a terrible experience, just not quite as clean and quick as I was hoping.

"Installers were rude and left a mess"
Maybe it’s just me, but when installers show up late, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask a few basic questions. The guys who came out acted like I was bothering them the whole time, which made the experience uncomfortable. The windows themselves seem fine so far, but they left pieces of trim and screws around the room after they were done. Between the attitude and the cleanup, I wouldn’t use them again.
